| One evening Barry, Cathy
and Whitney were sitting outside on their patio. Whitney
was in her daddy's lap and they were watching the most beautiful
sunset. They started talking about how God is the most
talented artist they had ever known and they marveled at the
beauty in the sky. Barry told Whitney that when he got to
heaven he was going to ask God if he could help paint the
sunsets so when he died, every time she looked at the sunsets,
she
would know he was in heaven with God. Three weeks later,
Barry was dead.
While we know that our God
certainly doesn't need any help painting His sunsets, it puts a
smile on our faces every time we see one. |
